The posts of this community are structured as follows:

• Every Monday, I post about a specific topic to help you progress on your path of learning all aspects of trance with your Higher Self. You have the opportunity to delve deeper into the topic by sharing your experience, asking questions and interacting with the community members in the post’s comments section.
• On three Thursdays a month, I invite you to ask a question. I reply to the question that had the most likes from the community members.
• On one Thursday a month, I run a live FB session where I go into Trance. My Higher Self answers three questions from the community members.
