How does it work?
Session 1:

In between session 1 and 2, I translate your needs that we identified in the first session into personalised sound frequencies
Session 1:

- Recording of your voice
- Transformation of your voice's frequencies into a graph with a computer software
- Detailed analysis of your voice to help better understand yourself and which musical notes are needed to give you balance
In between session 1 and 2, I translate your needs that we identified in the first session into personalised sound frequencies
Session 2:
(between 30 and 45 minutes)
In between sessions 2 and 3, you listen to your sounds every day for four weeks. The recommended listening time is half an hour twice a day. You can listen to your sounds while doing something else (for example working, sleeping, commuting, cooking, but not while driving).
Session 3:

- You listen to the personalised sounds I prepared for you and give me a live feed-back on what you are experiencing
- I select the most beneficial sounds for you
- You receive those sounds in audio files
