A holistic approach to emotional and physical pain
One of the most satisfying moments of my life is waking up in the morning and feeling pain-free, after spending half of my life in constant pain. For the last 29 years, I have been exploring, learning, and healing from physical and emotional pain.
When I was only 19 years old, I had a sports accident that resulted in agonizing lower back pain. For the next six months, I was unable to walk, and for the following 12 years, I wore a metallic belt around my waist to allow me to function. The pain that was only in my lower back gradually spread to almost everywhere in my body. Most of the painkillers I used became inefficient, so I was living with intense pain almost 24 hours a day. The worst thing was that there was no real physical explanation for it, as no doctor ever found anything damaged in my back.
After my mother passed away, I took almost a year off work and started to realize that I was still young, and that if I didn't do anything about this pain, I would waste my life. During that time, I also realized that I was a real control freak, and I had a lot of fear, anger, and anxiety in me. With this new realization, I turned to meditation and opened up to trying many alternative holistic approaches. I read about and tried many approaches to ease my emotional and physical pain.
The real turning point happened when I discovered Sound Therapy. I noticed that certain sounds quickly induced me into an altered state of consciousness, where the pain was nonexistent! After experiencing the potential of sound, I decided to quit my IT consultant job in 2012 to train and become a full-time Sound Therapist.
In 2015, I opened up to my psychic abilities and trained to be able to alter my consciousness, feel my energy running in my body, and better circulate it. I learned how to access my higher self, which is the biggest discovery of my life: everyone can access their higher self, that wise part of us who knows just about anything that we need to know to heal ourselves and make the best personal choices possible in life.
This is how I managed to free myself from most of the pain in my body, through using Sound therapy techniques and developing my sensitivity to feeling the energy in my body. This is also what I have been helping people with for the last 12 years: use sound, and develop their sensitivity in an altered state of consciousness to find inner strength and peace and stop suffering from physical and emotional pain (which are almost always feeding each other).
